About Pradan Foundation

Pradan Foundation is a non-government organization established on 2 August 2010 in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand, working across all districts of the state for the welfare and development of underprivileged communities. The organization was founded with the aim of creating awareness, empowering rural people, and strengthening the connection between communities and government services. Since its inception, Pradan Foundation has been actively working in the areas of education, health, women empowerment, child rights, sustainable livelihood, skill development, water sanitation, and hygiene, and disaster management.

The organization believes that knowledge and awareness are the foundation of self-development and social transformation. Through community participation and grassroots engagement, Pradan Foundation works to empower vulnerable groups, especially women, children, tribal communities, and economically weaker families. By collaborating with government departments, non-government organizations, and local communities, the organization strives to create sustainable development, equal opportunities, and a better future for all.
