Empowering Rural Lives Through Sustainable Development

Founded in 2010 in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand, Pradan Foundation is a non-profit, non-governmental organization committed to improving the lives of underprivileged and marginalized communities. With over 14 years of grassroots experience, we have reached thousands of rural families through integrated development initiatives across health, education, livelihoods, women empowerment, environment, and disaster relief.

We believe that poverty is multi-dimensional, and no single solution can eradicate it. That’s why our approach is holistic—combining welfare services, skill-building, access to government schemes, and long-term empowerment strategies that uplift communities and foster self-reliance.
