Refund Policy

At Pradan Foundation, we deeply value every donation and contribution made toward our mission of empowering underprivileged communities. As a non-profit organization, we maintain complete transparency and accountability in our operations, including the management of donations and refunds.

1. General Policy

  • All donations made to Pradan Foundation are non-refundable.

  • Donations are used promptly and efficiently for charitable programs, and once received, cannot be returned due to compliance, taxation, and utilization protocols.

2. Incorrect or Duplicate Transactions

We understand that errors can happen. Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate Donation: If a donor accidentally makes two or more identical donations.

  • Wrong Amount: If an incorrect amount was entered due to technical or manual error.

  • Unauthorized Transaction: If a donation was made fraudulently or without the donor’s consent.

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be entertained.

3. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request, please email us with the following details:

  • Full Name of Donor

  • Date and Time of Transaction

  • Donation Amount

  • Transaction Reference Number

  • Reason for Refund

Our team will verify the details and respond within 7–10 working days.

4. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used during the donation.

  • Refunds may take 7–15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway provider.

5. Tax Deduction Certificates

If a refund is approved and processed, the donor is not eligible to use the donation for 80G tax exemption purposes. Any issued certificate will be considered void for that refunded amount.

6. Changes to This Policy

Pradan Foundation reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
