Women Empowerment

We works for the empowerment of women in rural and tribal communities across Jharkhand through awareness, leadership, and livelihood initiatives. The organization promotes women’s participation in community development and supports self-help groups and income-generation activities. Women are encouraged to become self-reliant through skill-building and social awareness programs. Our efforts focus on improving the social and economic status of women in villages of Chatra, Hazaribagh, and nearby regions.
